If you have completed your 36 Hours or 12 Weeks of Training in Green 1 Belt, than you can apply.

If you have completed your 36 Hours or 12 Weeks of Training in Red 

Belt, than you can apply.

If you have completed your 36 Hours or 12 Weeks of Training in Yellow Belt, than you can apply.

If you have completed your 36 Hours or 12 Weeks of Training in Blue  Belt, than you can apply.

If you have completed your 36 Hours or 12 Weeks of Training in Green  Belt, than you can apply.
