3. What should I wear for training?

For your rial class, comfortable athletic clothing like a T-shirt and track pants or shorts is perfectly fine. Once you formally enrol, you will wear the official academy uniform (Taekwondo Dobok/ Kickboxing uniform or EXMAA T-shirt).
