when i joined this martial art, I thankfull to my Coach and Mentor Master Surath Lama, He use to be the best coach in Delhi at that time
Some of him core principals towards training is -Up to Date, -Focus on Basics, and only try to give your best rather focusing on winning.
and transfer same to my student and coach. I belive more than physical strength martial teach you to be a better human being.

KICK BOXING | MIXED MARTAIL ART(MMA) -
Learning never stops, after becoming 3rd Dan Black Belt from Kukkiwon, Seoul, South Korea, i learnt boxing in 2018, after learning boxing i mixed the my both martial art Taekwondo and Boxing as you know both are 2 limb game , so i started teaching 4 limb martial art called KICK BOXING, though the kick boxing is mix of KARATE and BOXING but they use various kick which common in Taekwondo, i still giving KICK BOXING WORKSHOP in pan India and already given in states like Hydrabad, Haryana, Jaipur, etc. and then my interest to learn more took me to TIGER MUAY THAI ACADEMY Thailand (one of the best training center in ASIA) for my MMA Training, where i learnt this art from the world champion title holder coaches.
and now i am teaching this forms of martial art to various student and academy's.

I studied this course from a very old an reputed institute from Mumbai called BFY(Better Fitness For Your) by DR. Rohit Bahuguna, this was the one more adding in my knowledge gallery, i learnt and specialized in Weight Loss Science, Exercise Anatomy and Nutrition Planing, and Awarded for the Best Personal Trainer in Delhi in 2019, and also i have made fit more than 100+ Client from younger to older adult and helped them to achieve their fitness goal in the best possible way they like.
